Target date best option in 401k?

I’m 41 with almost 1 mil in my 401k. I just switched jobs and their 401k funds aren’t as good as my old job. I also max out a Roth IRA backdoor and have a taxable brokerage so this isn’t my only account to adjust my total portfolio. The brokerage is VTI/VXUS in 70/30 ratio.

Here’s the list of funds I have available.

There’s no good total US market fund. I could try to emulate it with large small and mid cap funds but it’s adding complexity. I have no bonds in any other accounts currently. I’m thinking a target date fund (right now I selected 2055 to be a little more aggressive). Is there a better option?

I do have a Fidelity brokerage link but I don’t think that can be easily automated
