Looking for rent as a Tunisian student.

Hii I'm moving to Tangier by the start of the school year. I'm studying in an area named Dradeb. I'm looking for rent that wouldn't be crazy far away. That being said, I don't mind 30-minute commutes. I have been looking on Mubawab and Avito. I have found rent in Marjane, Mesnana, Moujahidine etc.. I want to know if these areas are decent to live in. I'm not looking for something too luxurious or close to everything. I just want a safe-ish place with decent transport.

I would appreciate everything that everyone here has to offer, even if it's not rent related.
