Mindset around taking money out of SSISA for driving lessons.
I started putting money into my stocks and shares ISA around last year, and have built a portfolio worth 2k. I know it’s not a lot but as a uni student who also has to help pay bills at home (with a small zero hour part time job) it’s alright. My plan was to push it up to 5k by the end of the year as I’ve got a pretty diverse portfolio with some global ETFs and a couple of technology sector picks as well.
However after losing shifts at my part time job (shifts aren’t guaranteed) I can’t afford driving lessons outright anymore. I’ve got around one more month of lessons before my test and might have to use my SSISA.
I’m using this for long term wealth and I feel absolutely shit about taking money out? How do I go about these feelings?
Btw I already had to take money out of my CASH isa (that I use as a short term savings pot) to pay for lessons, so taking more money out is making me anxious idk.
