Did i get scammed for my AF Membership?

Hello everyone,

Nag bakasyon ako sa Pinas ng one month tapos nag i found AF gym nearby then i clearly asked them that i only need one month since im an returning OFW but i found out na ung binigay sakin na membership is longterm contract which is hindi nila minention na wala palang ganun during my trial sa gym and sa registration they keep telling that they this one month membership and not mentioning any cancellation fees, i would appreciate any suggestion if i can directly complain to DTI or other entities as i feel like cheated for the gym membership.
