HA Trace Manager

Hoping this is OK to share here, I've just published my first HA integration.

I wrote it for myself as I was getting annoyed with having to continually change values for stored_traces directly in the YAML when debugging automations or scripts.

It's a quick and easy hack into Developer tools that will allow you to edit the stored traces in bulk for one of more entiies, an entire room, or all of those with a particular label.

Quick and simple tool, I thought it might be of use to others so I published to Github and it can be added as a custom repository in HACS.
