File a Report with Intoxalock

Before your appointment, report the start date and time of service through the Intoxalock Mobile App or MyAccount on your desktop. Enter the information before the work begins, then update the record once the appointment is complete.

If a power interruption or missed random retest occurs during maintenance, there will be a clear record showing your vehicle was in the shop at that time. Once your vehicle is returned to you, report that service is complete. Taking a minute to log the service helps prevent confusion with your monitoring authority and keeps your compliance history accurate.

How to Report Through the Intoxalock Mobile App

1. Open the Intoxalock Mobile App
2. Select the option to report vehicle maintenance
3. Enter the start date and time before service begins
4. Confirm completion once you have your car back

If you have not used the app before, it gives you access to reminders, service center locations, and account details all in one place.

How to Report Through MyAccount

1. Log in to your MyAccount portal on a desktop computer
2. Choose the maintenance reporting option
3. Enter the start date and time before the appointment
4. Mark the service complete after pickup

Reporting takes just a few minutes, and it helps you stay on track during your required IID period.
