Need help with BGV, does companies check UAN service history?

Hi everyone,

I need a help, I am recently shortlisted with a MBB company. I am not sure if they check UAN service history or not via api and what agency they use but have 2 companies which I didn't show on my resume since both are less than 30 days. The problem is I don't have relieving letter for these 2.

First one was a bpo I joined in Jan 2020 worked there for a week, dropped in a resignation mail which I still have yet they terminated me cuz there was 60 days notice period which I couldn't serve hence they sent me a termination letter in feb 2020. No salary was credited but contribution was made and exit date of 10th feb was added on epfo.

And another small firm which is from 2024 again a stint of 28 days has proper exit date on EPFO portal. But I didn't receive relieving letter since I resigned over a whatsapp text which was the biggest mistake.

Now I am worried that maybe next week I'd receive BGV form and should I declare these upfront or wait till these flagged and explain. Should I upload my termination letter or not. Or whether I am doomed and will have my offer revoked?
