Mac Screen Recording

I play Roblox and I want to record my gameplay. I use a 2025 M5 MacBook Pro. I initially used the in-built screen-recording by itself, but it doesn't record game audio. I then tried OBS, but it caused Roblox to have inconsistent fps (smooth 60fps for a random amount of time, then randomly the game freezes and I see the fps drop to like 12 or 9, then it goes back to 60 then repeats this freezing). By the way, I use a 60Hz Samsung monitor. I then tried Blackhole 2ch, and it had the same problem with freezing. Then I try native screen-recording on its own again and the same problem is still there???????. I must be doing something wrong. This issue only happens when I screen-record, and gameplay is fine when I am not screen recording. One thing to point out: when I recently tried screen-recording, the freezing was also coupled with the avatar's camera glitching out and going under the map or something, then focusing back on my avatar again which was weird. I don't know where this problem is rooted and I need help 😭. This might not have enough detail so I'm happy to provide more.
