Is this the end for my iPad?

A while ago it was taken by my parents and they threatened to sell it so, I withheld the password, fast forward 6 months, and I have forgotten it, The icloud I had signed into was only signed in on the iPad (Our house isn't much of an apple ecosystem, more windows and stuff), Chat history (of whatsapp - which had my icloud password presumably) was erased due to change of phone, because we moved, I don't know the icloud password either, and for the final nail on the coffin, the number used for verification of the icloud, has been changed, and is no longer available, and I am at loss as to what to do, I don't mind getting my device factory reset. Is anything possible in my situation or no?
