Hey seniors , plz guide me

I am going to join college this year , decent tier 2 type for btech in ECE , I am very much confused right now after seeing so many career paths to decide , whether I should give gate , or upsc ESE or MBA or go in banking , I thought this is the best place to ask ( seniors will help me directly ) , and plz don’t tell me to enjoy college life as college is very strict , there’s no enjoyment at all , I want you to guide me , should I prep for sbi po exam from first yr , because I saw some yt videos , it shows that there is insane amount of competition in this field , I also want to improve my English speaking and verbal ability skills on daily basis .Hope so I am able to depict my situation
