My child is being hurt at preschool and the director is doing nothing

My 3 yr old has been slapped twice and bit by the same student in a one month span at preschool, this last time I saw it on the camera that parents have access to before leaving the parking lot. I came back in picked her up and said she will not be here today until the director moved the other child to a different class. Then I asked to speak to the Director privately and she informed me that this is a child of a staff member and he has anger issues and my child isn't the only one and that because she's a staff member it makes it so hard and he's in therapy so she's try to find another placement.. come to find out there is a LOG of incidents. I feel like this is complete negligence and not ok.. like what the hell do I do? My daughter only goes a couple times a week 🤦‍♀️
