Need advice: 2017 Infiniti Q50 2.0T (170k miles) went into sudden limp mode throwing P2101, P2111

I was working in the intake area to get to the AC compressor and accidentally loosened three of the four throttle body screws before putting them back. While working around there, the PCV hose actually cracked, so I did a temporary fix on it to seal it back up. The car idled perfectly in the garage for 20 minutes with ice-cold AC, but a quarter-mile into a test drive, it started idling terribly, lost all power, and threw these codes. Visually, the throttle body doesn't look crooked today. Could a cracked/leaking PCV hose or unevenly torqued throttle body screws cause enough of a massive vacuum leak or internal housing binding to trigger this cluster of codes once the engine heat-soaked? Or did I likely snag a shared wiring harness/ground?

Honest breakdown: I'm completely done working on this car. I’ve been out here working on it for the past 10 days straight every single day after work, and I am exhausted. At this point, I am thinking to take it to pepboys (should I give them history or let them diagnose), or I’m ready to just get rid of the car completely. Appreciate any insights on how bad this looks before I tow it to a shop!
