Please be careful around Victory Diner in Orange area, man grabbing stuff from people

There’s a man who has been harassing people eating lunch in this area. Taking their food and just grabbing anything he can get his hands on. I was sitting by myself and he approached me, luckily he only grabbed some utensils I had on the table, but the restaurant people came out and were yelling at him to leave. It was a bit frightening as I had no idea why he was approaching me, but then I saw him go further down and just grab a sandwich off someone’s table. He seems unwell and only has been grabbing food, but I’m hoping he doesn’t get violent.

He has gray shorts, no shirt on and a colostomy bag hanging from his front. Be safe out there.
