Tax error inflated my parent’s income on CRA. Anyone dealt with this?

My parent’s tax return had a filing error that made their income look way higher than it actually was. The error has already been corrected and CRA reflects the right number now but OSAP already verified the wrong income for my current application.

Whenever I call my financial aid office, I keep getting this one guy that just wouldn’t care less. My school’s financial aid office is so useless and just keeps saying the income was verified so nothing can be done. OSAP told me to go through my school. Going in circles is driving me crazy.

Has anyone successfully gotten OSAP to reassess after a CRA correction? Did cancelling and reapplying work? Any advice would be appreciated because I actually don’t know what to do next
