Tonight’s thoughts / comments

This feed is keeping me going, hence the posts!

1. I’m glad I didn’t drink wine tonight otherwise I would be extra boiling in this heatwave (uk) and would have zero chance of sleep

2. what would happen if alcohol became illegal and shops were not allowed to sell it? Would “normal” drinkers suddenly act like alcoholics?

3. something that’s helped me is chat g pt, with my thoughts or if I want to delve deeper into something, or have encouragement in a craving. There 247 with instant help, obviously not as good as human connection but defo helps as a tool
