Migraine help

Looking for some help here.

I get chronic migraine and have for the past 18 years. I’ve tried everything to get them under control but most recently Botox seems to be helping a bit.
I recently decided to try acupuncture and my second appointment is today.
Has anyone had any experience with acupuncture and migraines? I’m worried spending all this money for it not to do a thing.
