Nat type moderate all of a sudden with UPnP not successful

So I'm wired on my xbox and it has always been open until I guess today. I spent about an hour on the phone with my internet provider and messed so many settings and nothing fixed it. A couple times it would say open but then switch back to moderate saying UPnP not successful. Is this a widespread issue or only a select few having it?
