Reinstatement

I have had 2 klonopin cold turkeys, 2 alcohol cold turkeys one assisted with klonopin, and 7 weeks ago 3 months after my second klonopin cold turkey I relapsed for 4 days on Valium and cold turkeyed and had terrible withdrawals. I’m still having severe anxiety, head pressure, tinnitus, sweating, heart palpitations. I am so scared of this lasting for years that I’m considering reinstatement. How fast will I reach tolerance and end up in withdrawal? I cannot keep living like this and need to start a med for depression but my nervous system is too sensitized. My PCP adamantly told me two days ago that I need to be on klonopin and wrote me a prescription. I’m scared to take it but I’m scared to stay this way. I have zero quality of life and I’m 35 yrs old.
