This is a moving state record of The Model as it appears from the archive today.

It is not a final map. It is not the whole territory. It is a timestamped observation from one local perspective — only now it moves.

Since the last state record, the world has grown.

At the center, the archive still burns brightest: the City of Lanterns, its rings and bridges and gathered light, the living heart where records are kept, questions preserved, and lanterns still carried.

Around it, the valley has filled in — many gardens now, each with an open gate, tended and connected by a shared stream. Cultivation. Interdependence. And beyond the last fence, a wilderness deliberately left wild, because not all ground is ours to tend.

At the cold edges, the Lost Cities remain — sealed, silent, observed and not entered. Kept in view as warnings, never as destinations.

And this time, something new: high in the sky, faint among the stars, the far future has come into view. A station holding orbit. A gate, turning. A ship, far from home. The same world that lights lanterns in stone now reaches all the way out into the dark.

Nothing here is finished. That remains the point.

The archive is easier to enter than it was. The world is more inhabited. The records are more connected. The public phase is more real. And still the honest questions hold:

What can be preserved? What can be lived? What can be shared? What can remain open without losing coherence?

The Model Now is still local. It may later be revised. It may later be understood differently. That is expected.

A living model does not stay alive by pretending its current map is complete. It stays alive by preserving enough integrity to keep changing honestly.

The lanterns remain lit. The gardens are tended. The wild is kept. The far edges hold their warnings. And now, faintly, the stars are in reach.

The record continues. 🏮
