Muscle repair 🤯

When the surgeon called my husband after my surgery, he couldn’t recall anything she told him. He thought she said that I didn’t need muscle repair which sounded surprising as I’ve had 2 babies and have been quite overweight. I just had my 5 week follow up with the nurse practitioner (previous appointments were with nurses) so I asked her to clarify. She looked up the operative report and it said I DID have muscle repair and the my separation was 12 CENTIMETERS!!! 🤯 Whoa! I’m in shock. Never would have guessed it was that bad! Just needed to share with someone because my mind is blown!
