Engineering School Advice

I have studied Computer Science for the last 3 years at Cégep ( Pre-Uni) and I am currently pursuing Software Engineering for my bachelors degree. My degree starts in September and I can’t help but worry about the future of this field and if it will sustain. I have greatly considered switching to Computer Engineering to obtain a little more job security along with my love for the hobby but I am still unsure. Can I get some advice from fellow engineers who are currently studying in either of those fields to advise me on which branch of tech to go into. Thanks 🙂.
