Any recommendations with genius or very competent MC?

Hi,

I'm looking for books with genius or/and very competent MC. Like you almost know MC will always come on top somehow. Any recommendations? Thanks! :)

Books that I have read already that had this and I enjoyed below. The -notes are just for how much of the genius/competency I thought it had, not the overall score.

The Kingkiller Chronicle - perfect
Ender's Game - perfect
King's Dark Tidings - great
Red Rising - very good
Cradle - good
Mother of Learning - Ok

Some books I have read already that some might recommend:
Primal Hunter
He who fights with monsters
Gentleman Bastard
