Bed bugs help :(

Hi, I have had a confirmed case of bed bugs in my bed and headboard and had a professional come round and spray Biopren 6EC (S-Methoprene) on the affected areas. I was told not to vacuum the areas until pest control come back again in a week to avoid lifting the insecticide but how else can I clean off all the bugs? Like if I took a toilet paper and wiped them off and flushed those suckers down the toilet is that a good idea?

And do I HAVE to sleep in my bed? I know it’ll draw them out and it’s better for eradicating them but I genuinely can’t bring myself to do it. Is it possible to still have effective treatment with the insecticides while not sleeping on my bed?

Does anyone have any advice for what I can do because I’m having a major breakdown trying to feel safe and comfortable in my home again :( Any and all tips or even words of encouragement would help
