ALT is high

(M,31) On hydroxychloroquine 200 mg for an auto immune disease. Got my results back from a blood test that my chem 3 ALT is at a 62 when the optimal range is zero through 49. Could it be the medication or other factors? I’ve been very fatigued for months no matter how much sleep I get. Rheumatologist just said to get another blood test and gave no other solutions. What can I do?
