Unexplained charge on my debit card (TENSO ZHU SHI HU) no matching order, caused an overdraft

On 7/9/2026 I had a pending charge of $258.07 hit my debit card directly, with the descriptor "TENSO ZHU SHI HU" (the corporate name tied to Buyee/tenso, inc.). I have not placed any order recently, and there is nothing in my Buyee account no order, no notification, no invoice that explains this charge.

What's strange is that this is the exact same amount, down to the cent, as a legitimate order I paid for back in May via PayPal. That May charge is fully accounted for and shipped. This new charge came through my debit card directly instead, which I don't have saved to PayPal.

This charge overdrafted my bank account and caused additional overdraft fees on top of it. I've emailed support@buyee.jp with the transaction details asking them to explain the charge, confirm whether a card is saved directly to my account, and check for any unusual account activity, but wanted to post here too in case anyone else has seen a similar charge, or in case someone from Buyee sees this and can help directly.

Has anyone else had an unexplained charge that doesn't match anything in their order history? Would appreciate any insight while I wait to hear back.
