How to offboard project HH?

Accepted an invite to project HH assuming that it would have more work than project HH-E. I haven't been able to work on anything since and would be interested in offboarding and just going back to my HH-E tasks. Does anyone know if this is possible? I have seen someone ask in the Slack but I don't believe anyone ever replied.
