BS OT Transferee

Hello! I am an incoming 2nd-year student from UP (I’d rather not disclose which campus), and I have plans to transfer out na (like literally to another university, and not to any of the UP constituents). This is primarily because I want to pursue BS Speech-Language Pathology or BS Occupational Therapy, which, for UP Manila, won’t be an option anymore since they don’t accept shiftees and transferees. I also inquired at both UST and DLSMHSI. However, UST does not accept transferees and DLSMHSI, on the other hand, is closed for applications due to full slots.

I have looked up schools that offer BS OT and BS SLP, and found out about the University of Batangas (which is also crossed out on my list since they are full slots na rin daw), Philippine Rehabilitation Institute (PRI), EAC Manila, and Perpetual Help.

I also heard that among the universities that offer BS OT, aside from UPM and UST, only EAC Manila is WFOT-accredited

I would like to know your thoughts regarding this, especially if you are a student from these institutions I have mentioned. Let me know which among these schools is the best for the OT program 😅

(I am also second-guessing if I should really transfer out and give up UP, kasi nga UP na yan e. But I think it’s more important for me to make decisions that are aligned with what I want to be in the future, especially since OTs are in demand here)
