I suspect my partner has untreated symptoms

Partner (severe dx ) been showing symptoms of adhd. I suspected it after noticing it. Im late diagnosed and I can see it.. how exactly do you let them know without getting into am argument ? We have been having issues with both of us regulating emotions when it comes to any conflict. I suspect he is struggling with RSD. Does it get better?
