Got a free Macintosh SE that's missing it's CRT. What are my options?

Just a few hours ago I found someone giving away a Mac SE (M5011).

They're giving it away after having accidentally punctured the CRT, which they have now thrown away.

I'm getting it on Monday most likely, and the analog board and neckboard are included. I've asked if the yoke is included too, but I'm still waiting on a response.

What are my options here? I'm norwegian, so buying one from a site like Apple Rescue of Denver isn't an option due to high shipping costs and 25% import VAT. eBay ones are also pretty expensive for the same reason, lowest one I found is one that would cost about 175 USD after shipping and VAT.

Is a LCD mod possible without the JuicyCrumb kit?
