Why does dispatch have someone rescue me just to ask me to rescue someone else before I’m even done with my route 🧐🤨🤨

Got a rescue an hour into my route they took 28 stops and then a couple hours later they’re asking me if I will be able to do a rescue. Told them no 😤😤
