PC Crashes same time

About a month ago on June 3rd I was using Discord on my PC while being used my ENTIRE screen shut off and my fans began screaming. It happened at night. Since then I have used my PC for hours during the day and things like that and it hasn’t happened but for some reason on the 3rd of this month AT NIGHT while using Discord it happened again. WHAT THE HECK IS HAPPENING.
