Evri aren't even attempting delivery

Me and my fiancé are getting a cat soon and placed an order for 4 items this month to prepare, food bowl, water fountain, carrier and litter tray. DPD was delivering 3 of the for items, which were ordered on the 3rd. They all came on the morning of the 4th. Evri was chosen to deliver the litter tray. Evri never even confirmed that they were handling the delivery of it until the 7th which left me panicking that the item qas missing and we wouldn't get a replacement. Yesterday I was told the parcel was expected at 8pm, it wasn't until 4pm that they had then changed my delivery time to 4:30pm. Then at 4:35 I had an email saying that they attempted the delivery and no one was home. Me AND my fiancé stayed home that day waiting. Also we had 3 neighbours say outside who witnessed the van stop, look at the flat building and then drive off.

Today I was emailed saying that the parcel was estimated between 5pm and 6pm. It then, at 5:40ish got pushed back to between 6:30 and 7:30pm. Then at 8pm. Same email, we attempted delivery but no answer and we'll be back tomorrow. Yet again we have stayed home. And again my neighbours have been outside and witnessed this. We also have CCTV in front of our flat block and my neighbour has a doorbell cam in the window and he took a video of the driver pulling in, scanning the building and then leaving.

Not even an attempt. No walking up to the door, no buzzing in or asking our neighbours if they knew us. Nothing. Didn't even leave his van. Just scanned the flats and decided that it was either too much effort or we just weren't worth the time it would take. I'm furious and I hope that at the very least, if it doesn't arrive then I get a full refund.
