Did anyone here actually use NYC's HomeFirst down payment assistance? Looking for real experiences.

Researching first-time buyer help in the city and HomeFirst keeps coming up (up to $100k toward down payment and closing costs for eligible buyers). On paper it sounds huge, but I'd rather hear from real people than a program page. If you used it: how long did it add to your timeline, did sellers or agents treat your offer differently, and were the education and eligibility requirements a pain? Trying to figure out if it's worth building my search around.
