I’ve noticed that sometimes after masturbating or generally doing anything sexual there’s sometimes a pink discharge when I wipe after peeing

I’ve been tested for HIV, Chlamydia, Ghonorrea, trich etc etc all negative and I have no smell or itching or any other symptom or bleeding except after being sexually aroused??
