Decreasing lag when playing with my sister

Hello, me and my sister play vrchat together and have alot of devices. Both with our pcs (using ethernet) 16 trackers total, and quest pros

We both used quest link and were unable to use steam link because it was crazy laggy until I got my own router. Then I was able to use steam link. Since I got her a quest pro of her own, she needs to use steam link for face tracking. Problem is, steam link is laggy when we are both on.

I got a 2nd router hoping I can set it up to help with this, either having our own individual networks to connect to, or to have one in her room and one in mine, somehow helping with the lag (I know nothing about wifi stuff :c)

Does anyone have any advice for helping with this? Ive heard there's steamvr settings i can change to help, and if anyone knows anything about how i can set up the 3nd router to improve our connection id appreciate it alot
