Lateral pelvic tilt or other issue
hello need major help
last year had a small fall on right knee and hugh dose of prednisone for eczema. after both i started having intense right knee valgus/foot internal rotation. I also loss 1 cm approximately which i recovered by appr 80%. then i started to have a longer leg ( dont have scoliosis and before i was a runner age 36 never had that feeling ever ). now its like my right him always starts much more infront of my left … my left si joint is overworking. I did 7 months of physio osteo 3 different person nothing changed. i had 3mri : back knees hips ( back herniated si-l5 with radial strain , knees normal but overstreached right ligament, hips tendinopathy gluteus med grade 3 ). my glutes feel fine but hip still weird.
i cant run , barely walking starting to think i either loss something or my leg grew🫠i did bridges airplane unilateral squats squats clams mobilisation of my knee planks etc.
can calcification or labrum tear cause higher /rotating hip or knee
can a back injury ( no vertibre damage) cause long term longer leg?
can an enlarged liver/fatty liver cause pelvic rotation ( med caused me fatty liver even do im 120 lbs no alcohol clean eating)
any explanation or help or encouragement would be much appreciated thank u 🙏
