A year today since I walked out of my favorite Kratom Den aka Kava Bar.

It has been a year today since quitting. I sure am glad to have that monkey off my back. I remember when I was a few months into my quit seeing others that were already at a year and it inspired the heck out of me. Now I am wanting to inspire the early quitters. It does get better the RLS finally goes away (took 4 months for me) Your hair does stop falling out and I have seen some new growth as well. Not miraculous new growth because I am a man closer to 60 than 50. You will get your energy back. The first few months just something as simple as washing dishes wiped me out to where I had to lie down and recover LOL. Now I have been doing some door dashing to make some extra money and can dash 10 hours in and out of the car and up and down stairs all day long. Life is TREMENDOUS without Kratom. Carry on early quitters and just know This Too Shall Pass.
