Where to pick up official Diploma

Hi guys I finished my program this spring but didn’t sign up for the graduation ceremony in the end of June. Ppl attending that convocation got the diploma on site. But where I could get mine? The website makes it clear college won’t ship to graduates residing in the city. Should I contact my own department or the registers office?
