Blockage in right side of nose need to know if anyone else has this.

So as the title explains it I have this blockage in the right nostril of my nose, to give some context this blockage usually only occurs whenever the air quality is super bad. right now it’s pretty much blocking the entirety of my right nostril and I can only sleep on my left side because that’s the only way I can breathe.

My sinuses are very sensitive to everything, I have pretty bad allergies and react to changes in the air quality I really don’t know how it came to my whole nostril being blocked on one side, I genuinely have no clue. I guess why I’m making this post is to maybe hear from some people who have had the same experience, my parents scheduled an appointment for me at the doctors so I’m honestly really anxious that it could be something more.
