The American empire is falling because young men have easy sexual access

Historically, the greatest empires weaponized raw male drive by gatekeeping sexual access. By separating young men from women, they created a class of frustrated, fearless soldiers with absolutely nothing to lose. These young virgins took the reckless battlefield risks, while the surviving, older veterans returned to claim wealth and mate with younger women. It was state-enforced natural selection.

Age gap relationships are optimal for society. This created societal balance and high fertility rates by matching a young woman at the peak of her reproductive health with a man at the peak of his provision years.

In the modern West, egalitarian and easy sexual access has ruined this dynamic. Because young American men have girlfriends and a tangible domestic future to lose, they are risk-averse and unwilling to die for corporate or national interests. This is why the U.S. avoids putting boots on the ground in places like Iran, where strict marital gatekeeping still channels frustrated male energy into a highly motivated, reckless military.
