Should I drop course?

I’m taking pre reqs for grad school and this is my first time taking physio. I didn’t know how to study for the course so I got 52% and it’s worth 30%.

Quizzes worth 10% I have 99% avg, partly due to them being open book. Assignments worth 10% and are for completion, I have 100%. Participation worth 10% I have 100%.

Final is worth 40%. It’ll consist of 70 MC on 7 modules. 6 short answer questions. 3 questions - pre midterm material and 3 questions - post midterm material. Short answer questions worth 30 marks.

Idk what to do. I rather finish up and not have to retake but I’m worried. Should I take the W or continue?
