Has anyone actually gotten rid of recurring Bartholin cysts for good? I feel like I have tried everything.

I have been dealing with recurring Bartholin cysts since 2017 and I am honestly at my breaking point.
Every single time, it starts as a huge swollen lump that becomes incredibly painful which makes it even impossible for me to move. It usually takes 7 to 9 days before it finally bursts on its own, draining pus and blood. Then I get a little relief until it comes back again.
For years, my previous gynecologist kept telling me to improve my diet and make lifestyle changes, but nothing ever really changed. It took me a lot of courage to switch doctors because I had been seeing the same one for so long.
My new gynecologist performed a marsupialization and told me the cyst should not come back. Unfortunately, it returned just 15 days after surgery.
She then explained that my duct is blocked and has developed fibrosis because this has been happening for so many years. Her plan was to keep dilating the duct, saying that after about six dilations it would create a permanent opening (stoma). I went through seven dilations, and on the day of the seventh one, the cyst came back again.
At that point, I sought another opinion. My current gynecologist believes its now more infected than before. She has started me on antibiotics and says that once the infection settles down, she recommends a cystectomy.
At this stage, I feel completely exhausted. Over the years I have tried:
Multiple courses of antibiotics
Sitz baths
Diet changes
Turmeric milk
Exercise and weight loss efforts
Good hygiene
marsupialization
Pretty much every home remedy anyone has suggested

Nothing seems to stop it from coming back.
Has anyone here had recurring Bartholin cysts for years and actually found a permanent solution? If you have had a cystectomy, did it finally solve the problem? Were there any complications or recurrence afterward?
I am feeling really defeated. Its been almost eight years of this cycle, and its affecting my quality of life. My family is incredibly worried about me, and I hate seeing them stressed because of something that just never seems to end.
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through this. Even just knowing someone else has dealt with it and come out the other side would mean a lot.
