Autistic burnout and underwhelmed. Tips?

Burnout

I don't know if this is a question or a rant, but I suppose I'm looking for people in similar situations.

I'm 22F and I'm in autistic burnout. I have been for 2 years at this point. I've been mostly at home in my little studio apartment and most days I'm content with how my life is going. I have a lot of hobbies and I try to be social with friends. My mental health is in a good place for the first time in years. However.

I get these periods when I feel totally underwhelmed. Nothing I can think of doing sounds appealing. And I know making a rash decision of finding some place to work or volunteer is not responsible, even besides the insane anxiety it would give me.

Sometimes I am just done doing the same things I have been doing. There's only so many hobbies to do and so many projects I can think of.

What do other people do when it gets like this?
