What can I put on the outer forearm?

Hello,

I have a inner forearm tattoo of a singular 'word' in a video game script and I love it to bits. I want to expand on my arm but I cant seem to find proper tattoos to get inspiration from because every single "arm" tattoo is just a full sleeve.

Are there better terms to search by and get more informed so I can collect ideas better?

I generally prefer to have a tattoo that speaks to me and I dont want to put anything willy nilly there...
