Putting moisturiser and SPF on unhealed/popped pimples

At night I put pimple patches over my white heads but when I take them off in the morning i swipe the pimple with a cotton swab to remove everything that’s left and after that pimple looks opened/unhealed. Then I wash my face and should I put moisturiser on top of it later with spf or yall just skipping these zones not to clog pores?
