Need advice

I applied for a stand that is opening in August! And I got an email back from them to schedule an interview which is exciting. I am the type of person to travel a lot and ask for 4-5 days off per month to travel. Is there a period of time when you get hired that you can’t request days off. I have my own travel planned out until December and I want to work at 7 brew but I want to make sure I’ll get those days off when I get hired. My current job is super flexible and I just have to tell them I’m going out of town and they will allow me to.
