MA help big clots

Hi everyone. I’m looking for some reassurance or to hear if anyone has had a similar experience.
I had a medication abortion. I took mifepristone on June 19, but because my hCG levels weren’t dropping enough, my provider had me take a second dose of misoprostol on July 1.
Since then I’ve been bleeding and passing clots. Today has been the heaviest day. Since about 8:30 AM, I’ve passed 3 very large clots (the biggest was about the size of an orange) plus another small-to-medium clot. Most of the clots come out when I sit on the toilet rather than continuously into a pad.
I’m not soaking through 2 pads an hour, I’m not dizzy or lightheaded, and my cramps are manageable with 800 mg ibuprofen. I also called my provider, and they said they’d mainly be concerned if I was passing large clots continuously or had symptoms like dizziness.
Has anyone else experienced a sudden day of passing several large clots a week after misoprostol? Did it end up being normal, or did you need to be seen?
