Recs for a second opinion physician - high risk SMM

Hi! My dad (61 yo) has been diagnosed with high risk SMM. Initially thought to be MGUS a while ago then on initial staging back in 22 was low risk SMM, has been closely observed every 3 months since and now is at high risk SMM and onc has recommended starting systemic therapy. We are fine with that if necessary but would like to get a second opinion as to 1) if treatment is necessary and 2) if starting treatment, exactly which regimen is recommended. We currently see a myeloma specialist at University of Michigan but would like a second opinion just to confirm treatment and regimen, as there has been a lot of nuance and back and forth. Willing to travel, does not have to be in Michigan, just want the best myeloma specialist for a concrete and quality second opinion. TYIA and wishing my best to you all.
