Mom to one year old going back to work, help!

My 16 month old son just started daycare recently. He loves it! We were very lucky to find a daycare that we trust and really fits his personality.

We are doing 3 days a week of daycare right now because my job does not start until August. I am lucky to work for a school district, so I get plenty of days off and summer off with my son. I know other families do not have this luxury.

Eventually in August he will be at daycare 5 days a week. I am struggling so much with him being at daycare more than he is with me throughout the week! I miss him terribly already. I would love to hear how full time daycare has influenced your relationship with your child?

I wish I could keep him home, but I do need to work and he loves learning at his new school.
