Cabtreo and winlevi week 8

Just started week 8 of cabtreo along with winlevi. Only use the winlevi on chin. My main problem area is my chin where I get closed comedones. The first 6 weeks of treatment I wasn’t getting any new bumps just ones that were already under the skin coming up. Now I have new ones coming up on my chin. The don’t linger under the skin as long but never seem to come to a head. I thought at this point I would see some progress but I don’t. Also seems like in certain lighting I have more visible texture that I can only see and not feel. Occasionally the cabtreo will give me red dots on my cheek that go away as well. Is this from irritation?
